    Jayce Talis received Viktor as Zaun's gesture of goodwill, proof of their intentions to maintain civility.
    Viktor would not sit quietly by and allow himself to be a political prize. He is bored in a massive, glamorous, foreign palace with nothing to do all day. He is brash and abrasive and purposely gets on Jayce's last nerve, delighting in being the reason the Piltovan King's carefully poised demeanor snaps like a thinly stretched rope.
