Summary
Shoto never thought he could be gentle- until loving Katsuki and Izuku taught him how.
Not in the way he wants, but in the ways that mattered. Listening to them, helping them, guiding them towards eachother even as it tears him apart. He becomes the one who holds their secrets, the one who helps them understand what they can’t say aloud. And now- as he watches them slowdance, looking at eachother in way that he could only pray for- he realises that becoming this way was never meant to make him theirs.
Only to help them become eachothers.
Or: Shoto helps Katsuki and Izuku find their way to each other, completely ruining himself in the process.

“I’m not staying here. Not if he’s here.” Katsuki jerked his chin toward Eijiro.
Izuku didn’t look surprised at all. If anything, he seemed to have anticipated Katsuki’s reaction. He leaned in slowly, until his breath brushed over Katsuki's lips.
“I think you’re misunderstanding,” Izuku began, standing tall in front of him, straightening his shoulders until his height clearly overshadowed Katsukis, pinning him in place with nothing but his sheer presence. “This wasn’t a polite suggestion. And this sure as hell isn’t going to play out like things did at your parents’ place. As I said; I’m done watching and hoping you’ll accept my help when I offer it. I could’ve lived with it if both of you were doing fine, but this—”
He looked at Eijiro with sadness, then back at Katsuki with a judgmental glare that made Katsuki’s face burn with a mix of shame and anger.
“—this is anything but fine.”—--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Or: Izuku and Shoto are tired of just standing by and decide to take matters into their own hands. Little did they realize that this decision would fundamentally change their lives...
