Summary
Jason's wisdom teeth grew back after the Lazarus Pit. Annoying, but fixable with a quick trip to the oral surgeon.
Running into Bruce and Tim at said oral surgeon's office? Less fixable.
Jason is not mentally prepared for this confrontation. Not now. Not when he tortured the replacement only two months ago. Not when Batman chose Joker instead of him.
Not when they see him in the waiting room and look at him like he's a bomb waiting to explode.But Jason's a lot more honest when he's high.

Summary

Summary
An ~UtRH AU that follows the events of A Death in the Family and diverges from canon at some point during Lost Days (pre that scene, which is most definitely not a part of this AU). Survival Instincts starts out after Jason has been in Gotham for several months. His plans to establish himself in the Gotham underworld have run into some snags and his motivations are in flux.

Jason was held captive and tortured by the Joker in a hidden wing of Arkham Asylum for two years before he ended up with the League of Assassins. He knows it’s Bruce’s fault, and plans his return to Gotham to kill Batman.
He’s just not sure how the rest of the Bats will fit into his plans. He’ll figure it out on the way.
