Summary
In which two deeply damaged people try, badly, to offer each other olive branches without mistaking them for weapons--or turning it into a sex thing.
(It's definitely a sex thing.)
--
(Trans!Grace repeatedly gets the rug pulled out from under him. Simon continues to require several therapists. Unfortunately, there are still no therapists on Erid.)

Summary
Simon is determined not to become the monster the COI thought he was. Grace is determined to have a conversation, preferably in coherent sentences, and possibly involving sex.
Communication between these two humans is clearly going very well. (It isn't.)
--
(Trans!Grace; both these men need therapy but especially Simon; serious prison-related trauma; Grace is bad at reading people)

Summary
The flesh had a will of its own, and right now, it wanted this. Simon hated it for its weakness.
Forgive me, Father, for I have—
Grace took him in his mouth.
---
Simon would like to stop thinking about Ryland Grace. He would also like to stop waking up hard every morning, stop reliving what happened on the beach, and stop making terrible decisions--like storming into Grace's cabin and demanding he get on his knees.
None of those things are going particularly well.
(Trans!Grace; both these men need therapy but especially Simon)

Summary
“I can’t,” Simon pleaded, voice breaking. “Fuck, Ryland, I can’t, I can’t—”
“Even if I want you to?” Grace asked, and Simon’s breath caught in his chest. “Let go, Simon. Whatever you want to do to me, I’m game.”
“Don’t say that. Fuck, don’t say that. You don’t know what you’re asking for.”
“Don't discredit me. I know what I want.”
Simon jerked away from him with a snarl. “You’re gonna get hurt. I can’t control myself.”
“Then let me help you.”Four months ago, the Eridians found a human welded into a metal box on the bottom of an ocean made of human blood, and somehow that's not the weirdest thing about the man. Even after they let him out of quarantine, he doesn't talk much, and Grace keeps a cordial but distant relationship with him--until he gets sick with some mystery illness and Grace gets tasked with helping him recover, because surely he knows what to do. (Spoiler alert: he doesn't. But he figures it out.)
Chapter 1: relatively innocent sick fic
Chapter 2: *laughs*edit 7/9/26: now with a sequel!

Summary
Without a word, Wolfwood stepped into Vash’s room, closing the door behind himself. He heard the automatic lock engage, the same soft whirr that the one in his room made, but it was quiet, lost under the sound of his own pulse tripping with the way Vash boxed him in against the door.
“Missed you.”Maybe it's the honeymoon phase, maybe it's just the thrill of sneaking around. There's something about Vash saying he missed him after only an hour that gets Wolfwood's pulse thumping.
