Summary
Jax and Pomni had a building friendship, things were going great. But then one little hug ruined everything. What had happened in Jax's past to make him so incredibly resistant to any kind of companionship? Whatever it was, it still haunts him to this day. Even coming back as hallucinations. But then what happens when the real version of the hallucination comes back into his life?
A slow burn romance between Jax, Pomni, and Ribbit. Filled with angst, psychological horror, self-deprecation, eventual self-acceptance, and a horrible glitch slowly spreading throughout the circus.
Starts during the end of episode 6.
