Summary
"If it's me that you want then so be it." Bruised, bloodied, brave Korra straightened her back, eyes shining with resolve. "Just let Asami go."
"Letting her go, you say? Don't you see, Avatar? She is willing to do this. She wants to do this." Guan stared down at her and smiled like the madman he was. "And nothing you do will ever change that."
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
After the events in Gaoling, Asami finds herself being plagued by nightmares, the aftermath of Guan's brainwashing affecting her.
Thankfully, Korra is there with her, and if she can't protect her during her nightmares, she will do so once she wakes up.

Summary
“Are we… are we okay?”
“We’re stuck in a nuclear apocalypse, likely a result of my father’s gross negligence, and now used as a playground for an egomaniac’s deranged, power fantasies.”
“Lena.” Her name is a slow sigh. A patient, painstakingly fragile one at that.
Lena closes her eyes, inhaling against the torrent of emotions fighting towards a surface she’s not ready to break.
“Us being stuck here together doesn’t change anything.”
---
Or, Kara and Lena find themselves stranded on a barren Earth where they are forced to work together to survive and finally confront the toxic wasteland their relationship has become.

Summary
Asami didn’t remember looking away from her drink. Hell, it never even left her hand. Thankfully, a strong stranger intervenes and helps her home. The next morning Asami realizes that she may be more attracted to the wonderful person who helped her the night before than she’s ever been attracted to anyone. And the kicker? Korra’s arms feel like the safest place on earth. Or, Korra never expected her night to end up like this. Intervening between two strangers, a man who didn’t want to take no for an answer and had tested every ounce of self-restraint she possessed. Despite her anger, she can’t quite shake her attraction to the woman she helped. How could she possibly ask Asami for her number after the nightmare of a night she’s been through?

Bookmarker's Notes
This was the first Korrasami fic I stumbled upon. Crossing my fingers for a sequel because it was honestly so, so good.
