“Darling, is something bothering you? You seem… tense. Is there anything I can do?” He says gently, offering his hand to Adam’s arm as he had done many times before. His fingers brush against Adam’s bare forearm below his short sleeve and he flinches.
“Don’t touch me!!” He snaps, hand coming up to cover the place that Lawrence’s fingers had grazed his skin. Adam has turned his body to look at Lawrence, glaring at him in a way that almost frightened him.
Or; being pregnant is a tad more emotional than Adam had anticipated. Lawrence doesn’t mind- he never does.
