Summary
Each story can be read alone. If the stories are to be connected then I will make a note for it. There is no timeline. Midoriya does have a good relationship with his father, but his father is almost always away for work. However, his father is part fire dragon, and he loves to cuddle his son no matter where they are at and will always protect his son.
