Juno and his brother Benziten have heard the story of Queen Andromeda, the star's champion, and her defeat of Lord Draco's army of sirens their whole lives. Until she vanished, and took peace with her. Thankfully the legends also spoke of the key to her power, a mystical item called the Eye of Storms. What had been his legendary obsession for years comes to change his life now as an adult, when his brother is kidnapped in the name of finding the Eye by a group of pirates. Juno manages to insert himself into another pirate crew's journey for the Eye, the crew of the Carte Blanche. They're after the Eye, and if the people who took Benten are too then that's where Juno wants to be. Even if certain things make him start to want to be there for other reasons...like a man he just can't place with a past he's dying to know.

“Wh-What about him?” The cashier asked, glancing at Tommy. “Did you- did you kidnap him?”
“I mean… yeah, let’s go with that in case this ends up on the news,” Siren shrugged, looking back at Tommy. “I kidnapped you, right?”
“Yeah, sure,” Tommy agreed, knowing that if they said he was kidnapped, it would keep people from getting suspicious of why he was seen in public with Siren. “Anyway, can I get the chicken nuggets happy meal, with a coke?”
or, how Tommy—who is not a hero, or a villain, or even a vigilante—saves the life of one of L'Manberg's most feared supervillains, and accidentally ends up becoming the resident doctor for every supervillain in town (and maybe gets a family along the way too).
