Summary
I trace my fingertips gently across the frigid metal gunwale of my boat; the sudden feel of the wooden repairs grazes me; a splinter wedges into my rough, pale skin. The commotion causes me to steal a sharp inhale, originating from the back of my throat. My hangnail stings in the salty wind that rocks my venerable boat to and fro. Years had worn down my trusty companion; her paint is scratched, and many parts of the once-glimmering metallic flooring have been scraped, dented, and, in drastic measures, replaced with weaker, flimsier materials like the aforementioned wood - rotting slightly. Oozing a damp, pungent smell - hitting my nose in a forceful yet comforting way- creaking rhythmically, weaving between the mechanical whirr of the ship. Chilly air tickles my ribcage, sneaking through my loose, yet comfortable, clothes, evoking a shudder to reverberate up my bones.
By now the fire has gone out.

Tbh I don't really know what to put here b/c this is my first fanfic. Crazy that verity would inspire my first one but whatever.
Just a fic about ThatMob surviving to feed into my delusions. Eventual romance. Verity is obsessive of Mob and keeps him alive even after Mob's attempt. This fic just depicts the aftermath of Mob's attempt if Mob survived.
I'm going to treat ThatMob like a character, not the real guy, if you don't like the ship don't read bruh. The relationship depicted IS in fact TOXIC and I am aware of that, its intentional. In this fic, Minecraft IS real life. Do not feed my work into an AI I do not approve or consent to that.
