Summary
Dyle has been struggling to keep the bloodthirsty Twisted within him pacified, but the blood supplements are no longer working as effectively as they should. He needs to feed on something alive and filled with the thing the monster within him is craving so badly...human blood.
He has tried to endure the pain of near-starvation by himself to near exhaustion, yet he seemed to finally be at the end of his rope one night and he may be out of time to prevent his inevitable transformation into the horrible lethal form that lies within himself...
That is, until he finds the resident Defender sleeping peacefully in the breakroom.

You will find yourself fighting tooth and nail to gain what you have been missing in your life, no matter the cost. Maybe you will even uncover why your bosses are so suspicious and why there appears to be a large population of monsters dwelling underneath the surface of Gardenview's family-friendly appearance...

After giving the trouble-making shrimp a firm talking to, you head down into the train tunnels to find Dyle and to offer him some comfort. However, you soon stumble upon a secret that Dyle was keeping hidden from you...that he has a Twisted form. Upon being discovered by the monster--you are quickly hunted down, restrained, and left at the mercy of the beast that seems to have special plans for you...
In short, you fuck the Twisted form of Dyle like the freak you are.
