Leon watched as Chris unclasped his hands and raised his head. His eyes grew sharper and his jaw tightened, hands balling into fists again. Leon flinched. Whatever Chris had been thinking about had only calcified his anger.

In which Leon Kennedy is an unstoppable force, swinging wildly between temptation and safety. Not because he wants to be unstoppable, but because he'll crumble under the weight of adrenaline withdrawals if he finds the time to stop.
