When he's dared to ask Stolas out with the intention of breaking his heart and humiliating him, he sees it as the perfect opportunity to take a Goetia down a notch. He didn't expect to develop feelings for Stolas along the way.

But it was difficult to gather the strength to want to live. He’d been trying to keep it together for Blitzø’s sake. He’d been trying so hard. But if Blitzø didn’t want him around anymore, then there was simply no one left to try for.
Blitzø looked at him in confusion. Then he shrugged, lifting his gun to aim at Stolas’ head. “I mean if that’s what ya want –”
OR
Shortly after Sinsmas, a version of Blitzø from the past shows up, having swapped places with present Blitzø, the one who actually liked Stolas. Stolas convinces this past Blitzø that he's his court-ordered secretary and nothing more, at least until he can find a way to undo what's been done.

Stolas' mind goes immediately blank. Words, of course, are beyond him. There's a sick feeling in his stomach that he struggles against. He swallows around his dry throat and looks down at himself miserably, his lanky frame fuzzy as he tries to take it in.
Carrying Via nearly killed him.
“I thought,” he tries, his voice hoarse, “you weren't interested in, ah, that anymore.”
Stella glares over her shoulder. “Well, as repulsive as I may find your scrawny, twig ass, you've really left me no choice. Rather disgusting to force me into this again, but I suppose I can look past it.” "
Or:
Angry with Stolas after his affair with Blitzø, Stella coerces him into bearing another heir in order to repair their reputation. With Stolas left alone and vulnerable, her abuse becomes more obvious.

Unable to escape the high walls, Blitz resigns himself to serving his time and trying to find Barbie who seems to have vanished. There's also rumors that the reclusive prince (who has fathered no heirs) doesn't just have two consorts (Stella and Verosika) but a secret third one. A lower class child. Blitzø had told Moxxie he didn’t want another court jester. They had been through a shit ton of them and the last one, Dennis, had been so fucking terrible he’d decided it was a position his castle didn’t fucking need.
“He’s a jester, Your Majesty.” Moxxie provided unhelpfully. “Or maybe he’s a clown.”
The guy was dressed in a goofy ass costume made up of reds, yellows, and blues, with a pointy hat on top of his head and the stupid markings painted on his face. Obviously he was a jester. But he was also freakishly tall and covered in feathers, and Blitzø had never seen him before.
“His name, Moxx. And what the fuck is he doing here?” Blitzø snapped, lower eyelid twitching.
