A little Newsies fic.
After Crutchie gets captured by Snyder and sent to the Refuge, Jack doesn't know what to do anymore.
With the strike, the Newsies, whatever might have been going on with Katherine, his life.
Anything really.
It's all just a big jumbled mess without Crutchie, especially since Jack knows he's not being treated right at the refuge.(A little note that some of the tags are for future chapters that haven't been written yet, but are intended to be written in)

Trust grows gradually through trial and error, through war and laughter, and maybe just maybe through a belonging Zuko never imagined he'd feel again.

His girl was a whistling storm that quieted under the insistent nature of his kiss. He calmed her rocky seas and she dared disrupt his own oceans.
Life, Gilbert was beginning to suspect, was a boring affair in lieu of an Anne.
