  Summary

Three years after the events of the Chaos vs. Order Splatfest, a blackout happens in Inkopolis.
The city's previous methods to survive (such as power eggs & the Great Zapfish) do absolutely nothing.
Team Blue, along with the S4 and Rider, head down to the Deepsea Metro for some safety.

It doesn't take long before Bobble goes down a strange path.
(i'm trying so hard not to make references in the flippin' summary guys)

  better summary coming 20XX.
