Summary
John made a few steps around, stumbling and just falling into Smitty’s lap. He laughed again almost like this was exactly his goal. Smitty lost count of how many times he got to hold John like this. It never got old but he preferred it when John was at least partly aware of what he was doing.
“You are so pretty like this,” John whisper-shouted.

Summary
Smitty woke up to screaming. He shot up in bed, his heartbeat suddenly jumping through the roof, so high he could hear it pulsing in his ears. He was all clammy, cold sweat running down his back and his hair sticking to his forehead. His breathing was ragged and way too quick as if he just finished a run, not woke up in his own bed.
He could feel himself panicking as he realized the other side of the bed was empty. And suddenly the loose plot of his nightmare came back to him. It made even less sense than while he was living through it but there were some fragments of it that he knew he will never forget, the sheer fear of it seared the images into his brain as if branding it.
He knew what he had to do, he had to find John, make sure it was really just a nightmare, see him and make sure he is okay.Bookmarked by ILynx
