He expected a glare, followed by a snarky remark or even an insult – surely not Deidara to avert eyes and murmur. “Yeah. You could say it helps me relax, hm…”
“Helps you relax,” Obito parroted, dumbfounded, wondering if hearing has failed him. Because no way Deidara admitted he finds giving head therapeutic.
Obito finally pulls Deidara, believing it’s a blessing. Deidara’s bad case of oral fixation turns it into a curse.

Summary
Through stubbornness and what Kakashi calls a ‘dazzling display of heart,’ Iruka somehow befriends the CEO of Hatake Corp, Hatake himself. And no, despite what Iruka’s friends might think, Kakashi is not his sugar daddy. Kakashi is giving and selfless, and he’s Iruka’s friend, kind and reliable. Sure, he does constantly try to buy Iruka things, and he’s attentive, almost overwhelmingly so, but that’s just how he is: Kakashi is lonely. He’s not used to having friends.
Besides, their relationship is totally platonic. There's no sugaring. If anything—and this is a big if—he’d be something like a… Sugar Friend. Yeah, something adjacent to that.
Iruka is becoming increasingly unsure if that is actually true.

But a single gust of wind is all it takes to redirect the path of a storm, and even though what is left behind once the calm returns might never make up for the descruction caused, there's something to be said about finding silver linings against even the darkest of clouds.

Summary
Sent on a mission he feels wholly under qualified for, Umino Iruka is sent to investigate the sudden shortage in quality inksticks under the guise of a cultural exchange. With a potential succession crisis putting a vital village resource at risk, Iruka would be less stressed if his mission didn't involve weekly reports to the jonin who makes it his life mission to rile Iruka up. To make matters worse, instead of blending in as he hoped, he somehow managed to draw attention to himself as a traveling freelance photographer takes an interest on him his first night there.
