    Why did Lan QiRen not get injured in the Wen attack on GuSu?
    Why did Lan QiRen not actively fight in the Sunshot Campaign?
    Why did Lan QiRen grow a beard?

    Because, Wen RuoHan was his first and only love.

    Guest appearances: Child-sized Nie MingJue, Notorious Playboy Jin GuangShan, Doting Family Man QingHeng-Jun, Unrequited Wen ZhuLiu… and the whole main cast is important too!

    First of all: this story has a HAPPY ending. However, this both explores their very cute relationship in their younger days AND explores how the world forced them apart and eventually killed Wen RuoHan. There will be incredible amounts of fun and sweetness but also indescribable amounts of predictable sadness. I hope readers will bear with me until the end, because it will all be worth that happiness at the end!

    This is in the same post-canon universe as Poetry (my Lan XiChen and Jiang Cheng love story), therefore is 100% in-character unless there is no information (at which I will make a reasonable analysis of character based on existing evidence).

    “Oh my god!” Walker nearly shouted as Bob nervously nodded along to whatever the woman was telling him. “She’s hitting on him, attaboy!”

    The widows jaw twitched. Why did Bob have to be so attractive and charming and perfect!

    “I thought you said Bob was like a soggy bagel literally yesterday.”

    “And chicks dig that vibe, Ava. The proof is in the pudding,” Walker said nudging his head towards Bob who was awkwardly fidgeting with his hands as the employee laughed loudly at something he said. She pretended to steady herself using his forearm because he was just soooooo hilarious. Bob looked startled at the action but was still holding conversation.

    Yelena grit her teeth.
