He knew his job well, and so no one questioned him. As long as the body arrived, properly taken care of, no one would ask questions. Because, of course, no one suspects anything of the mortician preparing the body of their loved ones, no one dares to, because it's such a sacred ritual, and if they did then perhaps it was only just locked away, for no one to hear.
Maybe it was better that way.

Summary
When Rick installs cameras all over the house, it's to keep his family safe. Not to be nosy and watch over them like a creep. Though, when he sets his system to alert him whenever his name is said, maybe he's being a little nosy. And folks who stick their noses where they don't belong tend to end up with an eyeful of things that shouldn't be seen.
