    Instead of Dream, it’s Death who walks up to Hob Gadling in 1389, and meets him every hundred years thereafter.
    It changes everything - and at the same time, (almost) nothing at all.

    When Johanna Constantine rolls into the New Inn with a traumatized child of Faerie on the run from mortal sorcerers, Hob Gadling doesn't hesitate to offer them a place to hide. He's prepared to handle the human problems.
