Summary

Summary
Set before Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home. After the destruction of the Enterprise and the fal-tor-pan, the crew finds themselves stranded on Vulcan - exhausted, unsure of their future and trying to regain their balance. Kirk wrestles with guilt and grief after his son's death, Spock slowly finds his way back into life and struggles to understand the cost of his return. McCoy quietly falls apart. And then there's the Klingon prisoner who suddenly demands a duel of honor. This story is about loyalty, recovery, moral dilemma, and most of all about the bond of our favorite triumvirate.
