Summary
Among the numberless hordes of the Skaven stands Clan Refrakd, a cabal of engineers, scholars and weaponsmiths near-outcast for their strange ways. Under the brilliant, yet egotistical leadership of Arch-Bombardier Kralt Gemeye, they seek to master the intensely magical Realmstones throughout the cosmos and abandon the corruptive power of Warpstone to create a greater, purer Skavendom, and take their rightful place as masters of reality.
But survival must always come first, and as the Mortal Realms drown in war upon war and the ascension of the Great Horned Rat drags their people ever deeper into the ruinous embrace of Chaos, it will take every scrap of craven cunning and verminous valour the ratmen can muster merely to weather the storm.
