    Mr. Hartfelt is a strange and creepy hermit, but he is a competent psychiatrist and psychologist. Charlie spoke wonders of him and so did Lucifer before he disappeared. Why not? He always praised his particular way of helping, so what else was there? Mr. Whittman calls him, worried about the situation with his son. So when Vincent goes to his first session, convinced that, like the others, the man will give up at the first sign of resistance, things take a turn for the worse because unconventional patients require unconventional methods...
