“You were the first contact listed on his file,” the lady on the other end says with dwindling conviction, “If you are unable to come get him, we can--”

Rick makes a loud, exaggerated groan, cutting her off, “No, I-I’m on my way now. G-give me five.”

He hangs up before she can respond, kicking himself out of his chair and up to his room to put on some pants.

    God damn it.

    Summary

“You need to take a shower, and then go to sleep. We’ll talk more in the morning.”
    Tomura shook his head vehemently.
“I wanna stay with you.” The regular edge in his voice was gone entirely. He was vulnerable instead. A polar switch from his normal. You’d never heard him talk like this, tone so soft, or act like this. It was a far cry from his regular dismissive, scornful demeanor. It would probably be hurtful to leave him like this. Like abandoning a neglected child.
A smirk twisted the corner of your mouth. You could work with it.

In which Shigaraki Tomura gets the love he desperately needs but was repressing the need for.
