Summary
Sandrone isn't used to sharing her bed.
She should have foreseen that letting Columbina nap in her space was a slippery slope. Sandrone has been exceptionally generous as of late, doing her best to accommodate her new colleague, yet there seems to be no end to Columbina's demands.
More than anything Sandrone should've made it clear that Columbina needs to keep her distance during the night, as there are few positions Sandrone can comfortably rest in.

Summary
"Stop staring," Sandrone's voice is stern. A fluffy object is thrown at Columbina, brushing her wings as it flies past her. "I can feel that, you know. When you look at me."
Oh. Like her, Sandrone is sensitive to the pulses of energy.
"Do you not admire things you find pretty?" Columbina tilts her head, water dripping from her feathers.
"I'm not a thing — and I don't appreciate you poking me with your powers."
"But you are pretty," Columbina insists and this time Sandrone doesn't argue back.

Summary
“Pray for me, sister.” The gleam of sapphire in her eyes was akin to a wildling stepping foot first at the wilderness before her. Like a wildfire that spread unceremoniously clearing a path of destruction in its wake. The words on her mouth burned like fire on her sweet tongue, and she confessed. “I found myself lay peril to the sins of the mortal flesh.”
She burned her with the greatest sin. The worst sinner.

Summary
Playing instruments was supposed to bring peace, a layer of undisturbed serenity after a long day. Unfortunately for Sandrone, a new, far too curious member had joined their ranks, tarnishing her peace before it even had a chance to form.
Though, maybe this time she wasn't too angry.Bookmarked by Inkboundfern

Summary
Snow came down over Nod-Krai thick and slow, and Sandrone was making the tea herself, exactly as demanded, because half an hour of arguing with Columbina had gone the way it always went.
"Two sugars~" Columbina sang from the armchair by the fire, folded into it with her feet tucked under her, holding a half-finished wooden puppet hand up to the light and wiggling its fingers.
"Put. That. Down. Those joints took me three days, and your grubby doll-poking is going to loosen the calibration, and then I will have to dismantle YOU for parts, do you understand me?"
"It waved at me. It likes me more than you."
"It's a hand, Columbina. It doesn't like anything. It doesn't have the capacity for taste, which, incidentally, puts it above you."
