Summary
A college student about to graduate and working several jobs to keep yourself afloat, what little time you have you dedicate to obsessing over and playing The Freak Circus. It was looking optimistic until the stairs to your apartment crumbled while you were going up.
When you open your eyes you find yourself as a new character in the world of TFC: a fellow barista of Y/N's. Desperate for the gameplay of a lifetime and the need to keep a watchful eye on Y/N, you enter the circus with them. Uninterested in the cute yet peculiar pierrot and harlequin, you are about to live the rest of your days as a minor side character. This all changes when you meet the circus's ticket taker and doctor.

Summary
A commotion breaks out a little ways down the street, drawing your lazy gaze over to see what was going on. A crowd happened to be gathering and staring at said disturbance, not letting you view from your vantage point by the cafe.
It is way too early and cold for this.
A few people shuffle away and it leaves enough area for you to peek through. Standing in the middle of the road, a clearly drunken man is shouting at the top of his lungs at someone. A performer for a circus is on the ground, making your eye twitch.
