Pyro nodded once, more to himself than to them. He closed his eyes. For a moment nothing happened. Then his body simply… stopped. The tension left his shoulders. His knees unlocked. He folded downward like a discarded puppet.
Apo moved without thinking.
Owen’s voice came very quietly, almost under his breath. “I forgot this happened.”
