In an attempt to curry favor, a settlement brings Negan a gift--an unmated Omega in chains. Negan doesn't care for people who indulge in that sort of treatment to women, and makes his feelings known.
While she mulls over his offer to be her Alpha, Negan houses Olivia with his wives and sets her to work in the infirmary under guard. But he can't be everywhere at once, and an Omega is quite a prize.
