Summary
Through no fault of his own (maybe a little fault of his own) Nick is pulled back into the circuit of William Shakespeare.
Drawn by curiosity and procrastination, Will decides to go and pester Nicholas Bottom, because what better way to avoid an existential crisis than to pester an old nemesis/friend.-
Nick collapses behind a crate, submerging himself in the shadows where he can safely catch his breath and contemplate all the horrible, terrible, extraordinarily bad decisions that led him here, and how many of those decisions were made by Will.
“Phew,” Will plops down beside him in a way too cheerful manner, “that was a close one.”
“Don’t talk to me!” Nick is pretty sure that he will punch the bastard himself, if he keeps talking.
“What?” the bastard is not deterred. -
