Summary
Shinra built Neo-Midgar on the ashes of the Promised Land. A century later, the city has devolved into a dystopian ruin, where criminal empires reign supreme and the masses struggle to survive. The citizens of Neo-Midgar, hoping for a better future, search for their salvation in the bottom of a glass. Tifa Lockhart, cyberpunk bartender, is eager to serve it to them. The drinks taste of love, friendship, and a tinge of rebellion.
A story of unwavering hope in the face of adversity; of love found by pure chance; and of holiday cheer, unhampered by the state of the world.

Aerith, she mused while weaving through the back alley to the rear entrance. What a nice girl. I hope she likes it here. It’s not much, but… well, it’s home for us. She ignored the blush warming her cheeks. I hope it’s home for her, too.
A new girl has moved to the small town of Nibelheim and is opening a flower shop right next to the local tavern, Seventh Heaven. And Tifa can't help but notice more than the lovely flowers on display, especially when the owner is gorgeous herself.
But the real question is who's winning the bet on whether or not Tifa makes the first move: Biggs or Jessie?

There’s an unusual edge to the underbelly of her voice, though, that Tifa can hear clear as crystal. Like she just wants to work again, live again, in spite of everything.
And for the second time in as many days, Tifa can’t help but nurse that tiny flicker of hope that this is all really happening. That she isn’t actually losing her mind and hallucinating Aerith being here. That there must be a good explanation for why Denzel can’t see Aerith – why no one can see Aerith except for her.
(Post-canon fix-it) It's not like Tifa understands exactly how Aerith had managed to come back from the dead. Then again, she can't even say for sure that Aerith's really here and not some vivid figment of her own wild imagination.But hell, she'll more than willingly take it, either way.
