Summary
Max Mayfield survived the Upside Down, Vecna, and the coma that followed. She’s alive, but living feels like a different kind of fight then before.
After she woke up from her coma she had hoped for an easy restart to everything, but that wasn’t the case.
While dealing with grief, living with her health slowly declining and a new housing situation, her mental health starts declining rapidly.
(This fic will be really depressed, it will get really bad and worse but I’ll end it with a happy ending, PROMISE)

After harrowingly escaping the clutches of Vecna at the cemetery, Max is still marked and cursed.
Exploring Max's dynamic with the Hawkins crew as they traverse and uncover Vecna's schemes while trying to save Max from him before she meets her ultimate end at his hands in the finale.
Following the iconic events of Season 4 Episode 4: Dear Billy. Fleshing out some of Max's POV from Episode 5-9 of Season 4. Also includes minor POV from other characters as well. I may also include some flashbacks to incorporate the California crew to Max's narrative. The title is still a WIP!
