Summary
He recapitulates on the events of the night. They were at the bar, they drank a bit, he remembers Pedri being slightly tipsy, which was cute. Oh, and then there was the girl he saw him leaving with. Does it have something to do with that? It must, right? Why the hell Pedri's crying like a child is what Ferran doesn't quite get. Did it really go so bad?
“What? You couldn't get it up with blondie or what?”
He says it as a passing comment, a joke meant to alleviate some of the tension and with some luck make Pedri laugh. What Ferran doesn't expect is for the face Pedri makes, as if whatever he's said has triggered some sort of PTSD reaction worthy of only the most gruesome of traumas.

Summary
Jobe Bellingham siempre ha sabido exactamente qué hacer con un alfa, mantener la distancia, competir, provocarlo un poco, ganarle cuando pueda.
El problema es que Carney Chukwuemeka no es cualquier alfa.
Es... el primero al que busca después de un partido y el último al que quiere ver antes de dormir, conoce su voz, sus manías, su aroma y el problema es que entre dos alfas no debería existir esa clase de tensión.
No debería quedarse demasiado cerca cuando hablan, no debería sentir que cada roce accidental dura un segundo más de lo necesario y, definitivamente, no debería preguntarse qué pasaría si alguna vez dejara de retroceder.
Carney tampoco parece tener respuestas.
Su mirada se convierte en un desafío, un desafío en una provocación, una provocación en una tentación que ninguno de los dos sabe cómo apagar.
Hasta que una noche el instinto gana terreno.
Y por primera vez, Jobe descubre que quizá el verdadero problema no es que quiera a Carney.
Es que Carney también lo quiere a él.
