“All for One’s power is to give and take away quirks, Young Bakugo,” All Might responded. “Shirakumo’s original quirk wasn’t warp, either.”
“The Deku I know is dead,” he snapped, turning his head towards him. “He jumped off a fucking building years ago. We solved this a few months ago, remember, All Might?”
“We thought the same thing, Bakugo,” Aizawa said calmly. So calmly it pissed Katsuki off even more. “Shirakumo’s death turned out to be a stunt, so they could use his quirk factor and his body as a vessel.”
“We have reason to believe Izuku Midoriya didn’t commit suicide,” Nezu said. “Shirakumo’s death was planned, therefore Midoriya’s might have been as well. We are aware that All for One will take drastic measures just for a vessel.”
Or after his presumed death, Izuku Midoriya returns to the world taking on a new form and way of life— as an advanced nomu.

Summary
Izuku had been alive for 15 years, and in those 15 years only one thing had always been true.
All men are not created equal.
Life had not been kind to him, it had crushed him, squeezed every last bit of hope he had in him, until the day he could no longer justify his own existance. It should have been an easy thing. Just climb onto a tall building, step up to the ledge and jump. After a brief fall, the quirkless Deku would be no more, and in his estimations the world would be better off for it.
Except. As he contemplates the abyss, someone, or rather someones speak up behind him.
"A man chooses."
"A slave obeys."
Little did Izuku know, that that short phrase would mark the beginning of something new. Of his fisrt step on the path to making his dreams come true.
Thus, Izuku made his choice.
