    Picking up a few months after 3x08. The hands of fate are bringing them together in ways beyond their control.

    This began fuelled by a desire to fix S4. Not just the ending but the whole season, which felt clunky and lacking. It's a spy drama with subplots, denial and longing.

    Have the whole plot mapped out and will be updating as frequently as I can.

    That bruise mottled around the cut above the corner of Villanelle's mouth is oddly cute. Endearing in that it reminds Eve of a child with a chocolate milk mustache, though heaven fucking knows Villanelle isn't a child. But there's something childishly innocent about her nonetheless. Innocent in the way that Adam and the other, biblical Eve were, before the apple taught them shame. And impulse control, and whatever the fuck else.

    Eve makes a different choice.

    And maybe the universe had taken pity on her, or maybe her nails digging into the skin of Eve’s hip bone had finally been harsh enough to wake her up, whatever it had been, the second she felt Eve stirring, her legs straightening to get the blood flowing faster through her veins, subtle noises leaving past her lips, Villanelle let out a relieved breath she didn’t know she had been holding.

    “Hmm … honey?” Eve turned to look at her over her shoulder. Her pupils still reflecting the sleep she had just interrupted. “What time is it?”

    Or, Villanelle wakes Eve up to have filthy, REAL FILTHY, sex.
