Summary
In Miraculous Ladybug Season 6, Episode 20 "Heartfixer," the original fight between Heartfixer and Adrien felt too short for me. This story is what I believe could have happened if the episode had a longer run-time. This work sticks closely to the canon episode, diverges to have a longer Heartfixer fight, then returns to the canon ending.

The tension is palpable as they both struggle to keep their civilian and superhero identities secret from each other, away from Paris.
But maybe they're struggling to hide something else? A feeling far more nerve-wracking than any superhero Hawk Moth throws at them, one that might make even Adrien question the boundaries of friendship?
Summary: Marinette and Adrien's antics as hotel roommates, as they ignore their feelings and go on as definitely platonic roommates while trying to save Paris at the same time.

In desperation to see the girl he cares so deeply about, who seems to be avidly avoiding him, he instead sees to it that Marinette is paid frequent visits by a certain black cat.I saw a comment on a marichat tiktok that said something along the lines of: what if Marinette and Adrien broke up and he decided the only way he could visit her was as Chat Noir?? So this is my rendition of this idea!!
DISCLAIMER!! I used to be really into the show, but I haven’t had any time recently due to affairs such as GCSEs and various social events, I’ve also just not felt the urge to sit down and watch it?? I’ve kept up to date mostly, so I do know the lore, and I watch an episode of season 6 here and there when I can, but not everything may be extremely lore accurate - I write for fun.

“You’re not in charge of me,” she spits like an angry kitten before she makes a pained noise when the water hits a particularly raw patch.
“Yeah, yeah Miss Independent. You’re so grown and capable and you only take orders from Joel, but in case you missed it, my brother asked me to look out for you. You immediately maiming yourself? Not a great fucking look for me as a babysitter.”

Dina’s completely confused now, and she pulls back slightly to stare at the back of Ellie’s head. Her arms are still draped like a cardigan over her shoulders, warm and stable. Ellie is the furthest thing from both of these. “Ellie...why?”
