A few had muzzles, some had human faces with only subtle traits—ears, tails, claws. Most were thin. Too thin. Their eyes followed people cautiously, flinching whenever someone stopped in front of their cage.

A tattoo parlour opens up right in front of Sanemi’s family flower shop and he doesn’t care (he’s pissed) so, when a pretty tattoo artist makes his way to his shop on the night of their opening day, he barely reacts (he falls head over heels in love)
