Summary
Three years have passed since the final battle with Naraku, and the Shikon Jewel has been destroyed. Kagome, having returned to the Feudal Era after a long, lonely three-year separation, now lives in the village—but restlessness fills her soul. She is haunted by the mystery of the disappearing demons, a phenomenon that echoes into her time, and she is determined to uncover the truth.
Seeking answers, Kagome turns to an unlikely ally: Sesshomaru, the cold and calculating Lord of the West, a being who knows the demon world like no other. But his help comes at a price. To gain the trust of the powerful demon lords, he proposes an unexpected solution—Kagome must become his intended mate. This bond will not only grant her entry into the heart of the demon realm but also give her the power to investigate the cause behind the demons' disappearance from her time.
As Kagome steps into a world of politics, power, and ancient alliances, the stakes grow higher. To uncover the truth, she will have to risk everything, including her heart. As they fight to save both their worlds, Kagome may discover that what she has been searching for all along was right by her side.Bookmarked by Kinvara_D

Summary
When Kagome falls in battle, it’s Sesshōmaru who holds the key to her revival. But the path back to the living world is anything but simple. Trapped together in the underworld, they must navigate treacherous realms while gods and immortals meddle in their journey. Old enemies rise from the shadows of Sesshōmaru’s past, and what begins as a mission to return to life spirals into something far more dangerous.
Kagome’s assumptions about the aloof daiyōkai crumble as his buried past comes to light, revealing that nothing is as it seems. As they descend deeper into the underworld’s darkest corners, an epic war looms on the horizon, threatening the balance between life and death.
Caught in a plot far greater than themselves, only a daiyōkai with dominion over the afterlife can protect her—and perhaps only a girl with unwavering spirit and an unyielding heart can save him in return.
Together, they must learn to save each other… before time runs out.
