Summary
Somehow Todoroki’s brain can’t retain the schedule of his boyfriend’s ruts. He gets busy or distracted, his mind unwilling to pick up on the scent of honeysuckle and pine radiating from Midoriya’s body, even when they’re sharing the same breath. He doesn’t know why this happens, but can’t deny it’s always a pleasant surprise when Midoriya takes matters into his own hands. He’s long since stopped waiting for Todoroki to catch up.
So when Todoroki wakes up to Midoriya kneading his ass with calloused hands, his familiar musk permeating the room, Todoroki finally realizes that Midoriya’s gone.

He turns his head to the left and sees Izuku, the sight of him causing his heart to skip and beat faster. His tangled green curls are a mess against white sheets, the sprinkling of freckles dusting his cheeks reminding Shouto of a constellation, dots of starlight scattered across his skin, trailing down to his bare shoulders. The overwhelming urge to reach out and trace those freckles with his fingers—to experience their softness once more—hits Shouto like a wave, rendering him breathless.
“He’s too pretty for his own good,” comes a gruff voice from his right, startling Shouto from his reverie. He sees Katsuki sprawled beside him, a striking contrast of pale blond and scarlet red. Shouto’d never seen him like this: blond spikes undone by eager hands, soft pink lips slightly swollen. Shouto kissed those lips last night—he couldn’t help but recall how warm they were, how electrifying the connection felt, shivers coursing from his core to the tips of his fingers. He wants to kiss them again.

“Fuck you, Izuku.” Katsuki’s voice was eerily calm and quiet compared to his earlier outburst. It put Eijiro’s entire body on edge in a second. “Fuck you, fuck Icyhot, and fuck whatever shitty agency you two come up with!”
Izuku sighed. “Go home and sober up, Katsuki. I’ll come visit you tomorrow.” He turned back towards the bar and Eijiro ducked back into the alleyway. He pressed his back flat against the wall and watched Izuku return to the bar and their friends.

“You’ve known since New York. I know you’re not stupid, Eijiro, so don’t think you can get away with this bullshit.” He tilted his head up to speak directly into the redhead’s ear. “So either give me back the flower or thank me properly for the gift.”
Five years later, Katsuki received a collar for his birthday. "Look around, babe, we’re not the only kinky ones, and far from the worst.”
Three years later, Katsuki receives a ring. "Kats… Y’know, I’ve always hated your family name. You should change it."
