Ahora viajan juntos, se hieren, se curan, aceptan misiones peligrosas, confunden el compañerismo con “esto es normal”, y evitan activamente darse cuenta de que están enamorados.
Aventuras, slow burn, idiots in love, found family, tensión no resuelta, banter, fluff, clichés por todas partes y dos protagonistas que definitivamente no están pensando demasiado en lo que sienten (spoiler: sí lo están).
La autora sabía exactamente lo que estaba haciendo (no es cierto) y lo volvería a hacer en un respirar.

Summary
As part of a peace treaty between his homeland and the largest empire in the continent, Desmond is betrothed to Crown Prince Loki, only son and heir of Empress Juno.
He is sent to the empire at a young age for his education as the future emperor consort but everyone knew that he's a political hostage.
Even so, Empress Juno favored him more than her own flesh and blood and her treatment led to the crown prince falling in love with someone else.
While the empress was away, Prince Loki proclaimed the dissolution of their engagement and banished Desmond from the empire.
On his way back home to a kingdom that no longer needed him, he is attacked by assassins sent for his head.
