Summary
"Vince had always thought living in a lighthouse would be fun. And, for the most part, it was. Although climbing up the staircase was a right pain in the arse after a long day mucking out zoo enclosures, it had always been worth it for the magical whimsy of lighthouse living.
However, Vince was beginning to regret these living arrangements.
It didn’t help that the lighthouse only had one exit."There's something sneaking into Vince's house at night, causing havoc. Can he find the culprit before his insomnia gets the better of him?

Summary
It takes me a few minutes to talk myself out of going into a self-imposed exile, and by then I’m pretty sure I know where I went wrong. I had calculated the risk of a small human being as suicidally stupid as a fully grown human to be statistically insignificant.
Clearly, I haven’t spent enough time around small humans. My mistake.

Summary
One of Mensah's children wants to read aloud to SecUnit from a chapter book. What's the worst that could happen? (It gets so spooked by a stupid old piece of children's media hitting too close to home that it has to run off and have an emotional collapse about it, that's the worst that could happen.)

Positive Representation, Complex Emotions, and a Fictional but Semi-Heroic SecUnit in Media by BlatantBookworm

Summary
I don’t normally pay that much attention to the credits. In general, I tend to care more about the fictional characters than the real humans playing them, but this had caught my attention.
I mean, it wasn't the first serial that ever put in a SecUnit as a villain instead of a prop. RihaniLane Street had actually made their SecUnit villain sympathetic before it tried to kill everyone. And obviously this fictional SecUnit was going to be a villain, too, because they always were, but that scene was —
The credits said ‘Made and Produced in GoodNightLander Independent.’
Oh.-
Or, Murderbot has feelings about finding positive representation.
Mostly positive.
Even when humans try, they get SecUnits wrong in media.
(Not the murder, the murders were justified, but the writers made the fictional SecUnit like cubicles)
(It’s still pretty positive.)Series
