Summary
Shauna Shipman and her little band of misfits consisting of Natalie Scatorccio, Van Palmer, and Travis Martinez made their way to the Capital City of the Kingdom of Wiskayok a few weeks ago in search of a better life. And also to escape the ghosts of their pasts that haunt them in their old village of Pin Tweaks, but they don't talk about that. Shauna hoped her skill with a sword would land her a spot in the illustrious Queensguard. She's so skilled, in fact, it landed her with the job as the sole protector of Queen-To-Be, The Princess Jacqueline Taylor herself.
Shauna finds herself a little less than enthused to be in The Princess's presence. Van hits the books in the largest library of the Kingdom in hopes to become a great historian. Travis joins the Hunters' Guild. And Natalie is doing... whatever the fuck Natalie is doing.
The four of them find themselves as unlikely friends to the Royal Four: The Princess herself, Charlotte Matthews, Taissa Turner, and Akilah Elevage.
