Summary
Thor watched as Thanos's merciless grip around his brother's throat tightened, the life draining from Loki's eyes as the mad Titan crushed his neck; pierced his best friend’s heart, slaughtered his people and took away the only family he still had left. He watched as the flames consumed his home, reducing everything he cherished to ashes, while the Grandmaster’s ship crumbled into oblivion.
He begged the Norns for a second chance as he clung onto his once-again-brother’s cold dead body, his cries for mercy swallowed by the inferno.
He wished, and when he opened his eyes back in his room in his long-destroyed home-land, six months after Loki’s fall into the void; he knew he had to change everything. He was given a second chance, and he wouldn’t live to regret it this time.

There’s so much chaos happening what with Past Him still seizing on the floor due to the cardiac dysrhythmia, everyone’s attention diverted away from the Infinity Stone they had been fighting over moments before. Well, the attention of all but one other person.
Tony has made a lot of rash decisions that have led to less than appealing results in his time. Mistakes were something he had in spades. Even though he prided himself with thinking on his feet and making a quick judgement call when needed, he didn’t always get it right the first time around.
This, unfortunately, is one of those times.

After the Infinity War, the Avengers made one last attempt to take down Thanos. They failed.
Loki, stranded back on Earth, and certain that his brother won’t survive another encounter with the Mad Titan, believes only one possible solution remains – time travel. The problem with experimental magic, however, is that you can never be sure of the consequences. Loki ends up far further back than he had intended.
