    Liu Qingge does not know about the various plot devices and wife plots that effect Shen Qingqiu, but he sees their affects. His vulnerable Shixiong needs protection, and who better to give it to him than the Bai Zhan War God? When they encounter an artifact that tortures the one who touches it with their most trauma-inducing smell, he does not recognize it. How could he, when hospitals don't exist in this world? Yet he still holds Shen Qingqiu as he teeters on the edge of qi deviation, swearing to protect him from even this unknown.

    As Mobei Jun stood poised atop a cliff holding their son in his hands, the demon lifted his eyebrow at his husband who had thrown himself to the ground. He attempted to gently pull his leg away from Shang Qinghua but that only made Qinghua lock his hold tighter. The smaller man was inconsolable. Oh why, oh why did he write this stupid book where parents throw their little BABIES off cliffs for something as trivial as TRAINING?!

    In which Shen Yuan is reborn into the baby of side characters, Shang Qinghua and Mobei Jun. Its strange but not bad... aside from his demon Father attempting to throw him off a cliff in order to complete some absurd 'demonic trial!'
