Summary

Dante steps back and puts a hand on Vergil’s shoulder, “He’s a germaphobe, sorry little lady."
The twins take a trip to the local bookstore.

Summary
Their mother often found them like this in the warm afternoons. They’d scratch, fight, and attempt to maul each other, but when it got quiet, Eva knew her little ones would be sitting back to back: Vergil with a book in his hands and Dante occupied with wooden blocks. She’d laugh quietly in awe as they’d sometimes pass out, laying curled up like they had been imaged in their sonograms.
No matter how much ferocity they fought with, they made their way back to each other with equal fondness.
