Oneshot where Ethan had asked Spencer to marry him but the engagement was broken off when he left. Spencer never told the team about it or even Gideon since it was before she joined the FBI. Set Season 1, and the BAU is working a case where the UNSUB is killing young blonde engaged women before their weddings. JJ has the appearance to lure the UNSUB out but needs a ring, and Dr. Reid just so happens to have one. The BAU learns of yet another loss (or is the first one that they learn of, chronologically?), and Spencer remembers.
