“Mr.Strange… ” Peter had a sympathetic look in his eyes and Strange hated it. It wasn’t his life that was being destroyed, so why was Peter looking at him like the victim.
“Listen, I can send you somewhere there is no Peter Parker. There are an infinite number of universes, I can find one.” Strange said, more to himself than to Peter. And he knew this was dark magic, he knew he shouldn’t, but he didn’t care.
“I’ll send you there. Until I can fix this. Until I can bring you back.”
Or: Dr. Strange sends Peter to an alt universe where there are no Avengers, but they do have a thing called a Justice League. And sure Peter is homeless, but that doesn't stop him from being Spider-Man.

Summary
When Midoriya, after years of war, finally succumbs to death only to wake back up in his first year of High School, he's confused. But then he realises that, if he's back in the past, he finally has the chance to protect the people he couldn't the first time around. No more needless injuries or death. This time he's protecting his friends and family!
He forgets that there are consequences to his actions beyond the safey of the people he cares about. He also underestimates just how much the war has changed him, and how much his teachers are worried for and scared of him.

I'm hitting Midoriya with a classic webtoon plot so he can attempt to rewrite his trauma and suffer the mortifying ordeal of being seen (and scaring those who see him).
