Ryomen Sukuna, meanwhile, is suddenly confronted with what appears to be the soul of the twin he absorbed in the womb.

He laid down on the stiff mattress, squeezing his eyes tightly shut. Megumi wanted to rest his eyes, sleep, just for a little while.
“Hi, my name is Yuji Itadori! I’m so excited to have a roommate again!”
