As this is set in Gilead and based on The Handmaids Tale, you should take the tags seriously. I dead doved this for a reason. I will apply warnings on chapters as we go. But if you find non-con triggering do not read this. If you find The Handmaids Tale triggering do not read this. If you find the tags triggering in any way, please do not read this.
There will NOT be non-con in the first chapter but I want to tell you from the off that in developing the outline of this fic, I have made firm plot point decisions. And there will non-con, and a “sort of” non-con scene between Ilya and Shane. Neither of them will want to do it, Ilya will NOT want to do it. I want to be clear from the jump so if this work is not for you then please, take care of yourself and do not read it (but it will not be for quite a while).
