Summary
They've abandoned all pretense since the siege was lifted. Hans genuinely, truly does not care what anyone thinks of him. Maybe someday he will. Perhaps years down the road he'll look back at how he behaved during these fleeting, precious days and be ashamed of his behavior, but he can't see how. This is all he wants, and he cannot keep it, but he will hold it between clenched fists until it is torn from him.

Summary
Henry's well aware it's his own damn fault.
He was never very good at tracking his heat cycle anyway, but when one considers stress and strife he's been through in the past handful of months, it's no wonder he forgot the timing of it all. Throw in their botched mission to Trosky and… well. He has other things on his mind, it's understandable it slipped to the back.
But he's still going to be an absolute mess.
