Summary

Mindjack’s expression twisted into something more thoughtful. His gaze intensified, more discerning. Izuku imagined it was what he looked like when he was focused on one of his projects. “Does anyone know you’re here right now?” Mindjack asked.
Lie. He had to lie. Izuku focused on the word ‘yes’. He would lie. He would. Izuku could feel everything in him pushing back. He opened his mouth. “No,” Izuku said.
“Stay,” Mindjack ordered. He moved swiftly to the end of the alleyway and glanced both ways before returning to Izuku. His next words were matter-of-fact, leaving no room for rebute even if Izuku was able to offer one. “Take off your mask.”

Izuku gets to live out his dreams of being a hero, just not the way he imagined it. As an underground hero, he does all he can to right past wrongs and still maintain some semblance of a personal life. Meanwhile, Hitoshi struggles to escape the villain destiny he seems to have been born into.
With the threat of a war on the horizon and identities revealed- their morals and relationship will be put to the test.

Hitoshi has to go out of town for a hero mission. When his former mentor says he can't cat sit, Hitoshi has no choice but to send a mass text to his former classmates to see if any of them can do it. Of course the only person that can is Izuku Midoriya, the man he has been crushing since high school. While Hitoshi is determined to keep himself distanced from Midoriya to protect his own feelings, he can't help but reconnect with the man. The real question is how much can Hitoshi's heart take before his feelings overflow from the walls he has spent so long building up?
